Case studies

Published when an engagement has produced enough history to report honestly, with the source, the sequence, and the revenue attributed.

Case study · Vendingpreneurs

Ninety days old did not mean worthless. It meant unworked.

Vendingpreneurs built Lane 2 to give its closed-lost, no-show, and never-booked leads a dedicated path back into conversation.

In its first 79 days, Lane 2 produced 600 booked calls, 7.6 per calendar day, and $323,505 in attributed closed-won revenue.

Thirty wins totaling $218,079 came from contacts already sitting in the CRM before Lane 2 launched. Fifteen of those wins, worth $118,318, came from leads that were already at least 90 days old.

Lane 2 became Vendingpreneurs’ largest source of booked calls for three consecutive months.

Results shown are from Vendingpreneurs' live production environment from June 1 through August 18, 2026. These are channel-attributed operating results and do not mean every dollar was purely incremental or caused by a single touch. Results vary by database quality, offer, team capacity, and execution.

More studies as they mature

We publish results as each engagement produces enough history to report honestly, with the source, the sequence, and the revenue attributed. Client work in progress is not published early.
